1 sarson ka saag

( پکاہوا ) 2 cupp 2 corn flour 2 cupp

3 medah 2 khanay ke chamach

4 ghee 2 khanay ke chamach

5 lahsun paste 1 chaye ka chamach

6 namak hasbey zayega

7 tail ya ghee ( talnay ke liye ) hasbey zaroorat

1 car noon فلوراور maiday ko mix kar len 2 is mein namak’ lahsun paste اورگھی daal kar mix kar len aur tyoharon ساپانی daal kar goondh len 3 is گوندھے hue aattay ke chhootey پیڑے banalen aur belan se bail kar roti bana len 4 nan stick taway par nihayat ahthyat aur aaraam se dalain 5 ghee ya tail daal kar dono side se crispy aur brown honay tak talen 6 roti ko srong plate mein rakh kar is par garam kya sun-hwa sarson ka saag rakh kar saro karen
